Vivian L. Galarza, ESQ.
Vivian is the Owner and Managing Partner of The Galarza Law Firm, PLLC. Her practice focuses on estate planning and transactional law relating to money, business, and commerce.
A graduate of the American University - Washington College of Law, Vivian spent years working at the Office of International Affairs at the Department of Justice, Criminal Division. While at the DOJ Vivian's work focused mainly on expediting extraditions and mutual legal assistance requests from countries in South and Central America focusing on white collar criminal networks.
Prior to her work at the DOJ, Vivian worked on compliance and internal audit matters ensuring adherence with U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and federal data privacy laws by multimillion dollar corporations.
Vivian is fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice law in Virginia, Washington D.C., and New York.
When not practicing law, Vivian spends her time enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two boys.
